Apple Fritter Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls

- 3 apples peeled and chopped

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 teaspoons apple pie spice

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ½ cup melted butter

- ⅓ cup brown sugar

- vanilla ice cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium heat then add the apples, apple pie spice, and cinnamon. Stir frequently until the apples are soft, about 10 minutes.

3. Coat the skillet with butter. Open the 2 cans of cinnamon rolls and chop the rolls into pieces, then spread the pieces evenly in the skillet.

4. Once the apples are cooked, spread them evenly on top of the cinnamon roll pieces.

5. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in the microwave for about 25 seconds. Spread melted mixture on top of your rolls and apples. Bake for about 25 to 28 minutes.

6. Serve immediately and top with vanilla ice cream if desired!
