  • 16 oz Feta cheese block

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme leaves

  • ⅓ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 8 oz Castelvetrano olives, drained and chopped

  • 8 oz Kalamata olives, drained and chopped

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Crostini, baguette, or crackers for dipping



  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. 

  2. Place the feta in the center of your Larder & Vine Braiser. Add the olive oil, honey, and crushed red pepper flakes over top, then add the garlic and thyme around and on the feta. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove from the oven. Gently spoon some of the garlic and olive oil over the feta. Add the olives to the Braiser and sprinkle the lemon zest on top. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top. Serve immediately with crostini, baguettes, or crackers, and enjoy!
