Banana Oat Pancakes Recipe

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 cup oats

Butter or oil for the skillet
Directions:

In a blender or food processor, mix the bananas, eggs, and oats together until smooth.

Add butter or oil to your skillet over low heat. In small batches, pour the batter into the skillet.

When fully cooked on one side, flip and cook on the other side until fully cooked as well. Repeat for the remaining batter.
