Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts in the Larder & Vine 3.6 Qt Braiser

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, and lemon juice together until well combined.

  3. Slice the ends off the Brussels sprouts, then slice in half, lengthwise.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts in the butter mixture. Place Brussels sprouts evenly inside your Larder & Vine Braiser.

  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crisp, and enjoy!
