Garlic Herb Stuffing Recipe
Servings: 8
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients:
-
¾ cup diced onion
-
¾ cup diced celery
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
10 tablespoons butter
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
1 large loaf French bread cut into 1-inch cubes
-
4 cups chicken broth
-
1 egg, beaten
-
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
-
3 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, minced
-
3 teaspoons fresh sage, minced
Directions:
-
Slice bread into 1-inch cubes and let sit out on the counter overnight to dry out the night before.
-
Preheat oven to 350º F.
-
Melt butter in your Larder & Vine 3.6 Qt Braiser over medium heat and sauté onions and celery until soft and translucent, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute then turn off heat.
-
Add the bread cubes, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, and sage to the Braiser and mix until well combined.
-
Whisk together the egg and chicken broth in a large bowl. Pour the broth mixture over the bread in the Braiser until moist, but not too soggy, keep in mind you might not use all of the broth mixture.
-
Cover with lid and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and it's ready to serve!
