In a blender or food processor, mix cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and 2 tablespoons of minced onions. When the mixture is smooth, add green onions and mix until well combined.

Onto a piece of plastic wrap, add the mixture into a ball-like formation. Wrap the plastic wrap around the mixture and form into a firm ball.

Let sit in fridge for at least 20 minutes, or until the mixture is solid.

On a plate, mix together the rest of the minced onions and chives.

Once the mixture has solidified into the ball form, unwrap and gently roll the cheese ball onto the minced onion and chives mixture.

Once the cheese ball is fully coated, serve in your Larder & Vine Braiser with fresh veggies, crackers, pretzels, or bread and enjoy!
