Fill your Larder & Vine Saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta according to directions, strain, and return to saucepan.
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth in a food processor or blender. If the sauce is too thick, continue to add more broth or oil until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour sauce over pasta in the saucepan and mix. Garnish with extra olive oil and parmesan and enjoy!
