Marry Me Chicken Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 large chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¾ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese, room temperature

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Basil, sliced for garnish



  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in your Larder & Vine Enameled Cast Iron Skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear on both sides for about 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Stir in broth and heavy cream. Then gradually add grated parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Bring mixture to a simmer, then add the chicken back into the skillet and coat in the sauce mixture. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Garnish with basil and serve with the sides of your choice!
