Ramen Stir Fry Recipe
Total Time: 25 minutes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
1 large onion, chopped
½ head broccoli, chopped into florets
2 packets of ramen noodles (no seasoning packets)
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, chopped
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and broccoli, then cook until tender. Add sesame oil if veggies start to stick.
In a small bowl, whisk together your soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and garlic.
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 2 minutes, then drain.
Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over top. Mix well until combined then season with salt and pepper. Garnish with scallions and serve!
