Sautéed Tomatoes with Garlic & Basil Recipe
Serving Size: 6-8
Total Time: 10 minutes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
Salt & pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp minced fresh basil
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high flame until it just starts to smoke.
2. Add tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté, shaking skillet frequently, until tomatoes soften and skins just begin to wrinkle, about 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and continue to shake the pan until the garlic is fragrant.
3. Off heat, stir in the basil and remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then serve.
