Winter Mulled Wine Recipe

Grab a hot mug of mulled wine to warm up with friends this winter season! Whether you're hosting a dinner party or just getting cozy on the couch, it's the perfect drink for all.

Ingredients:

1 bottle red wine

Juice of 1 orange

¾ cup brown sugar

3 cinnamon sticks

10 whole cloves

8 star anise

cranberries

1 sliced orange

Directions:

1. Pour red wine and brown sugar into your Dutch oven and stir until brown sugar is mixed in well.

2. Pour all other ingredients into your Dutch oven.

3. Place your Dutch oven on the stovetop over medium heat just until steaming, then reduce heat to a low simmer. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Strain the mulled wine and serve in your favorite mug!
