Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 08/14/2023 at 1pm and ends on 09/01/2023 at 11:59pm ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be considered valid.
How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Visit the official Giveaway entry page at www.larderandvine.com.
- Complete the email sign-up form with accurate and valid information.
- Agree to receive promotional emails from the Company.
- Click the "Submit" button to complete the entry.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The prize is a 9-piece Complete Enameled Cast Iron Cookware Set in Cabernet. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $599.99. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing within 14 days after the end of the Entry Period. The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the initial notification, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Company. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
General Conditions: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason. The Company is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, you release the Company from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Giveaway. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Giveaway.
