Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times seen at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification informing you when your order has shipped.

We use Amazon Logistics to fill most orders, meaning they may deliver via their Prime/contractor vehicles, UPS, FEDEX or USPS. 

  • Note, that if you have a PO BOX or lock box associated with your physical address and the item is sent via USPS, UPS SurePost or SmartPost/FEDEX Ground Economy it will likely deliver to the PO BOX/lockbox. We have no control over which service Amazon uses at this time. All physical location/doorstep deliveries will be made without concern and we suggest using SavedBy (as described below) for your no-hassle shipping protection.

  • If you have concerns (about PO BOX or other) or require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order, as our system is automated and will ship 24 hours a day and the items will begin shipping immediately and we may not be able to stop or re-route them before we are able to reply when back in the office.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on order value. 

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping in the United States of America for orders over $100.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email or carrier tracking has not updated, please contact us at info@larderandvine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SavedBy Protection Package Information

  • What is Saved By?
    SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

  • How Much Does it Cost?
    SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

  • Do I Need SavedBy?
    You don’t, but it will help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. In cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

  • How do I Use SavedBy?

  • How Long Do I Have to Wait Until I Can Receive a New Package?
    SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Will SavedBy Reach Out to Me Directly?
    SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it! If you have any questions for their team, or have filed a claim, they will email you directly with any questions, updates, and resolutions.
