Enameled Cast Iron products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Before using your product for the first time, please read the Care and Use guidelines. The product warranty is made solely by Agralogix, LLC and no other person or entity. The specific warranty for your Larder & Vine® product is the only express warranty provided for that product. Our warranty does not extend any implied warranty provided by any state law to a consumer. Our warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that limitation or exclusion may not apply to you if it is specified under your product type below).

Defective Enameled Cast Iron will be replaced free of charge or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed. Reimbursement may also be issued via store credit to the equivalent amount of the original item.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

Larder & Vine enameled cast iron items are warranted to you by Agralogix, LLC to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its purchase. This warranty covers consumer purchasers from both USA and Australia. For this Limited Lifetime Warranty to apply, you must follow the care and use instructions provided with the product. This warranty covers residential use only.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover bakeware, tableware (dinnerware, glassware or flatware), utensils or any other item sold under our brand name. This warranty also does not cover cookware or bakeware damage from abuse, commercial use, or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, improper cleaning and maintenance, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the cookware instructions provided with the product. 

Damage caused by improper storage/handling, thermal/impact shock, or excessive heat is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property that is damaged due to a defect in the product, the cost for transportation of the product to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other consequential or incidental damages.

Who Is Covered By This Warranty?

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the original retail consumer purchaser of the enameled cast iron product or a consumer who received the product new and unused as a gift from the original retail purchaser. Coverage terminates if a covered consumer sells or otherwise transfers the product.

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

The Limited Life Warranty applies to enameled cast iron beginning on the date of purchase and lasts the lifetime of the product while with the covered consumer.

 

Tableware, Bakeware and Misc Items

All other items, including our tableware: dinnerware, glassware, and flatware is not covered by the Larder & Vine Limited Lifetime Warranty. These are substantial, hand-finished pieces, and their long-term condition depends almost entirely on day-to-day use, handling, washing, and storage - variables that sit outside our control once a piece is in your home. Also note that ceramic coating on our bakeware is considered self-sacrificing and a consumable coating and will lose its non-stick properties over time with heavy use. This is the cost of the alternative to more toxic coatings traditionally used for non-stick. However, you may still use these pieces for many years with parchment or other baking supplies.
