Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1¾ cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar for sprinkling on top
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Whisk until combined. Add the milk, vanilla, and lemon juice, then whisk until the mixture is smooth.
3. Grease your Larder & Vine Skillet with the butter.
4. Add the batter to the skillet and top with blueberries and remaining granulated sugar.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the blueberries are starting to bubble. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
