1 cup granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1¾ cups fresh blueberries
¼ cup granulated sugar for sprinkling on top
